Anthony earned his B.S. at Millersville University of Pennsylvania in 2015. He then spent several years working in a cleanroom and practicing sterile processing of vaccines for GlaxoSmithKline. After this he returned to the lab doing mammalian tissue culture at QPS LLC. He joined the Gene Editing Institute as a member of the Genome Technologies Group; here, his research focus is on developing new and innovative methods to optimize both large-scale CRISPR knockouts and precise genomic changes.
